Pentart Satin Glue & Varnish 50 ml
Water-based 2-in-1 glue and varnish from Pentart, designed for decoupage technique. Dries to a silky matte (satin) finish that enhances colors and protects the surface from moisture.
Easy to apply, spreads evenly without streaks. Can be used under or over rice paper and napkins.
When using regular paper, it’s recommended to slightly moisten it before applying. Spread the glue from the center outward to remove air bubbles and achieve a smooth, even surface.
