Schmincke Primer for pastels 500ml

A naturally colored, highly absorbent, lightfast, and non-aging primer designed for creating pastel artworks on grease-free surfaces such as wood, metal, canvas, or thick paper (over 350 g/m²). Once dry, it forms a matte, elastic, and slightly rough surface, perfect for pastels and mixed media techniques involving watercolors, gouache, or acrylic paints. This primer is ready to use with a paint roller, but if you prefer using a brush, it can be thinned with up to 20% water for smoother application.
