Schmincke Glossy Varnish is a professional final varnish spray with UV protection, ideal for acrylic paintings, inkjet prints, and photographs.
It is clear, quick-drying, elastic, non-yellowing, and age-resistant, providing a durable glossy protective layer that enhances color depth and brilliance while shielding the artwork from dust, dirt, and moisture.

Instructions for use:

• Shake well before use.

• Spray at room temperature, holding the can 30–40 cm away from the vertically positioned or slightly tilted, completely dry surface.

• Change spraying direction away from the artwork.

• Apply only after the paint has completely dried (after 72 hours for thin layers, or 1–2 weeks for thicker, paste-like textures).

• The dried varnish layer can be removed with turpentine substitute or varnish remover.

• Clean clogged spray nozzles with acetone.

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and temperatures above 50°C (122°F).

• Preliminary testing is recommended.
