Piemontite Genuine is made from a unique mineral with red streaks found in the hills of Italy. It has a rich, deep violet color with a hint of Carmine. The PrimaTek™ Gouache colors are created from finely-ground natural minerals sourced from around the world.

When you look at the gouache swatches, the top shows the color straight from the tube, while the bottom demonstrates how it looks when mixed equally with paint, water, and Titanium White.

DANIEL SMITH Extra Fine™ GOUACHE is a high-quality, water-based paint that gives a solid matte finish. It uses the same premium pigments and gum arabic as DANIEL SMITH Extra Fine™ Watercolors but has a higher pigment content for a rich, opaque look without any added whites or fillers.
